Many people believe in the misconception that yoga is just a form of physical exercise and you have to be fit and flexible in order to participate.
This is simply not true - it's much more than just a system of stretches, exercises and relaxation techniques.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means "to yoke" or "to unite."
As a practice, it is a scientific system for achieving total health, mental, and spiritual well-being - a means to unite the body, mind, and spirit.
In the United States, the term yoga is often used to mean the postures, or the physical part of yoga; however, these poses, or asana, are only one of the eight "limbs" of yoga.
Please wear comfortable yet form-fitting clothing that will allow for easy movement.
Gym clothes or sweats/warm ups are great.
Senior citizens, City of Casper employees, Wyoming State employees, NCSD/Casper College students & faculty receive a 20% discount on yoga classes.
In order to receive discount on class passes you must make purchases in person at the studio location.
Cancellation Policy: wyOMing Yoga & Massage requires 24 hour notice for massage cancellations.
Any cancellations made after 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged full price.
If you have a massage package, one massage from that package will be removed as if it were used.
Everything can be sadhana.
Sadhana does not mean any specific kind of activity; it means you are using everything as a tool for your wellbeing.
Sadhana School of Yoga's intentions are to create a safe environment for individuals to travel on their own journey of yoga; finding self-awareness, self-worth, and self-growth.
Trained instructors will guide you through the process of understanding yoga - how to live it, and how to share it with others.
This 200hr Vinyasa yoga training is an eight-month program consisting of monthly weekend intensives which will include in-depth posture breakdowns; group asana, pranayama, & meditation practices; yogic-chanting; lectures on history, spirituality, teaching methodology, ethics, & yoga philosophy.
