Typically a full body massage, the Mainland is fully tailored to meet your needs.
Your therapist will use a combination of modalities which may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Neuromuscular Massage and others to accomplish your goals during the session.
