With last second cancellations and no-shows we struggle to fit in clients on our waiting list which hurts the clients and the therapists who are left empty-handed. When you cancel with even five hours notice it is very likely that we will be able to fill that spot with someone needing in. Please help us to keep running at our most efficient level by giving adequate notice if you cannot keep your appointment.
