Have you ever fallen asleep from a massage? I was so relaxed that i fell asleep and when she told me i carried a lot of stress in my feet i said "you touched my feet?" it was a wonderful relaxing experience.

I wanted this to be the best review Naomi has ever gotten, because she gives the best massage I've ever gotten. There is something about the Wolf Garden that is very special. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I do know that when I leave, it feels like I've been somewhere for a while, maybe even in a different dimension.

During Swedish massage, massage therapists apply massage oil to your skin to facilitate various massage strokes, including the smooth, gliding strokes called effleurage.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.
Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands stimulating the channels and points that affect all parts and organs of the body, promoting healing.

Other classic Swedish massage moves include kneading, friction, stretching and (sometimes) tapping.
Swedish massage promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and creates other health benefits.
It can be slow and gentle or vigorous and bracing, depending on what the therapist wants to achieve.
Feel free to state your preference for pressure during Swedish massage.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.
If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy".
As you might know, sweating is a great way to burn calories and rid your body of unwanted toxins.
But how do you sweat when you're injured, or unable to exercise?
I like to sweat in an infrared sauna.
Infrared saunas help your body release a number of toxins, including heavy metals like mercury and lead, and environmental chemicals.
The benefits don't stop there.
With infrared sauna technology, you can also lose weight, relax, relieve unwanted pain, increase your circulation, and purify your skin.
