It was just after the birth of my niece in which I had the privilege of assisting my sister.
Drawing on instinct and intuition to keep my sister calm and focused during the process, one of the delivery room nurses took note and the next day she asked if I was massage therapist.
As fate would have it, not 12 hours prior, during a quiet intimate moment with mom and new baby, my nurturing instincts called to me.
After witnessing the physicality of giving birth I wanted to help ease her physical discomfort, so I began lightly stretching and gently rubbing her legs to which she exclaimed "you should think about going into massage therapy".
At the beginning of each session your needs and concerns will be discussed.
This information is important as each session is tailored to you.
Each session will utilize therapeutic, orthopedic and myofascial techniques.
The goal of each session is to facilitate well being and better performance for a greater quality of life.
Massage focusing on one or two specific area of the body, usually for chronic pain or injury.
Massage focusing on the whole body, excellent for stress relief, chronic aches and pains.
