Massage Garage is a shabby-chic massage boutique located in historic downtown Sanford. Owned and operated by Licensed Massage therapists, our " body shop " specializes in all makes and models. Deep Tissue Massage is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being.

As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments. Thai Massage combines gentle, yoga-like stretching with massage of the muscles, tendons, pressure points and energy lines, or Sen. While there are hundreds of energy lines in the body, Thai massage focuses on the ten main energy lines, or Sip Sen. Thai Massage technique may also employ the elbows, knees and feet in addition to the hands.
