I'm an acupuncturist and massage therapist with previous work experience in church ministry, human services, and human resources in the nonprofit sector. Having been interested in natural health my whole life, I decided to pursue natural health as a career after healing from cancer.

I studied Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College in New York, a masters degree program that was about half anatomy and physiology and half Oriental medicine, including clinical work in acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and massage.

I have been in private practice since 2007, treating patients with a wide variety of health conditions including acute and chronic pain, gastrointestinal disorders, neurological problems, endocrine imbalances, anxiety, depression, addiction, cancer, cardiovascular, respiratory and immune disorders.I firmly believe in our ability to heal ourselves by paying close attention to our feelings and the messages our bodies are sending us in the form of symptoms.

The therapies I offer are a way to help my patients experience a relaxed awareness that facilitates Qi flow and healing.
