Stepping Stone Massage Therapy is located in the home of Danae Beitzel in Cumberland, Maryland. The massage room is created for privacy and is a relaxing atmosphere where you can fully unwind and take time for yourself. Throughout the course of life, I believe that we are continually taking steps that bring us either toward wellness and health or away from it.
My desire is to be one step of many helping you move closer to renewal and wholeness. I believe that massage therapy can help restore the body and bring it back into its intended state. I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist in August of 2019 and with an Associates in Applied Science in May of 2020. I began my journey in massage therapy when I began to understand how it was helping my mom cope with the constant pain from different issues like Fibromyalgia.

Through detailed work, stretching and active movement we will encourage muscles to release tension and let go of holding patterns.

When you arrive for your appointment, we will spend a few minutes going over your health history form.
We will discuss any issues or concerns you may have so that I can determine the most effective way to work with you during your session.
I will give you a few minutes of privacy to undress to your comfort level before returning to begin the session.
You will be appropriately draped at all times during your session.
If at any point throughout your massage you have a question or concern I always want you to feel free to voice it.
