Available in sessions ranging from 15 to 120 minutes, our massage therapists will evaluate your individual needs and design a customized massage just for you.
Cranial-Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on manipulation of a physiological body system comprised of the soft tissue and bones of the spine and head.
Deep muscle therapy is performed to help release chronic knots (also referred to as adhesions) that exist within the deep muscle tissues, thus returning the body to its natural balance.
Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on massage technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
