A favorite moment with a client is when I see their face soften into an effortless smile! It is truly amazing and beautiful! That is what I love, that is the essence of this work, to bring human beings into more joy, freedom and presence. Massage therapy has been my practice since graduating from the Pacific College of Bodywork and Awareness in 2005.
It was a great honor for me to learn from Lee Joseph who taught his students how to see the whole person (body, mind and spirit), not just the injury, stress or chronic issue. He also taught how to listen with awareness, which I believe has the most value of all.
