Inner Rhythms is more than a relaxing and rejuvenating place to unwind-- It's a space where time tested techniques and personal support come together for optimal healing and harmony. Through massage, we seek to restore hormone balance, flush out physical systems, treat strain and free negative energy. Through massage, skin care, and traditional self-care techniques, we aim to prevent injury and illness to maintain a healthy connection throughout mind, body, and energy for our clients.

Ashley Dahlem, Founder of Inner Rhythms aims to work with families, starting with the mom-to-be by relaxing tense muscles, improve circulation and providing rest through the power of touch and personally tailored sessions. Only during the first trimester. After that, we prop you up like the Queen that you are, reclining on her throne, with your head/neck/back supported, your knees slightly elevated Magically, you'll also discover that this a great position to sleep in for the rest of your pregnancy.

80% of our clients our pregnant, 5% come in the first time right AFTER giving birth, and the other 10% are men and non-pregnant women.
Services
Hi! I'm Ashley, I've been a massage therapist for over 18 years.
As a natural athlete I've always had an appreciation of the human body, and throughout my life experiences, I came to understand the body holds not only physical tension but past emotional issues as well.
In 2015, I gained a bonus daughter and became pregnant with my son, this was the beginning of my evolution.
After having my son in 2016 I knew that the peninsula needed a place that specialized in pain and the stigma of "that's normal" as the body shifts and grows a new life and once we have the sweet babe in our arms how we can further to take care of ourselves so we can better take care of those that surround us.
From the time of conception, a woman's body responds differently to each trimester's unique experiences.
A wide range of physiological, musculoskeltal, and emotional changes occur.
By 40 weeks, the womb grows and the baby gains weight, ligaments are stretched, pressure is put on the pelvic bowl and lower back, and structural allignment has shifted.
While continued communication is highly suggested with your doctor or midwife, massage adds a relaxing dimension, eases worry, and helps an expecting mother physically, emotionally, and mentally.
