Since 1994 Dorothy Diggs has combined her extensive training in an array of modalities to promote well being and relaxation. She integrates her knowledge of massage therapy with her background in art and athletics to provide massage treatments that work for everyone and every body - from infants to seniors and from weekend warriors to professional athletes.

Dorothy has refined her sessions over the past three decades to use an eclectic mix of many techniques to provide you with a thorough treatment to meet your individual needs. Dorothy Diggs graduated from the Downeast School of Massage in 1994 with an emphasis in Sports Massage.
She is a Maine Licensed Massage Therapist and is Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).
She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the AMTA Maine Sports Massage Team.
She is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP), a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
