This is the most traditional, relaxing massage, done with gentle to firm pressure.
It increases circulation and lymphatic flow, helping the body cleanse itself and calm your mind, body and spirit.
We will take a spin on the traditional Swedish massage and add a few hydrotherapy & aroma therapy treatments.
We will start out with a reviving foot soak in a basin of warm water and sea salts to relieve inflammation.
Then an exfoliation scrub is applied to stimulate and invigorate circulation.
During the massage we will add the benefits of hot towels & aroma therapy to stimulate circulation and to soothe skin, relax muscles and reduce tension.
