Satsang is a Sanskrit term derived from two roots: sat meaning "true'"and sangha meaning community, company or association. It can be translated as "associating with good people" or simply "being in the company of truth, " and refers to the act of gathering with like-minded, uplifting people, especially those on a spiritual path. At Satsang Sports Massage we specialize in Myofascial Release, an advanced technique of massage therapy that focuses on where your body is stuck.
Posture is not how you hold your body, but rather how your body holds itself. By separating muscles that have become bound together, your body naturally returns to homeostasis.
We can provide traditional massage therapy services like Swedish and deep tissue, however our staff has the additional training, knowledge, and experience needed to actually fix chronic pain, posture imbalance, tension headaches, old injuries, new injuries, upper back and neck pain, low back pain, herniated discs, sciatica, osteoarthritis, tingling and numbness, plantar fasciitis.

Services
Myofascial (my-o-FASH-e-ul) release is a manual therapy technique that falls under the category of massage therapy.
Most massage therapists receive a week or two of myofascial release training in massage school.
This is meant to be an introduction, but unfortunately it allows them to say that they perform myofascial release.
Not all therapists are created equal.
Everything in our bodies is contained and connected by fascia and/or connective tissue.
We have more connective tissue in our bodies than anything else.

If you are looking for a full body maintenance massage we recommend at least 90 minutes.
A 60 minute full body massage is possible, but it is rushed and doesn't leave enough time to focus on your trouble areas.
After a few sessions we can then move on to other areas that bother you, or a full body, maintenance massage.

Our therapists meet stringent standards of experience and knowledge of the human body, and specifically Myofascial Release.
Body work is my life.
Postural imbalances, sports injuries and maintenance, athletic performance and injury prevention, post-surgery rehabilitation, or just stubborn pain that you can't quite figure out, I can help.
I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Aurora in 2016.
Through that experience I quickly identified my passion for the more advanced levels of massage therapy.
