At your first session the therapist will ask you about your objective for receiving massage, your overall level of physical and emotional stress, life style and the areas where you hold your tension.You will complete a brief medical history. She is licensed in the State of Connecticut (CT#004122) and Board Certified - one of first in the country to achieve the highest credential in therapeutic massage. She has completed advanced studies in Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Qi Gong and BARS Energy Therapy.
