Please respectfully give a 24 hour notice of cancellation as there are others who would like to receive a massage.
There will be a full charge for same day cancellations, less than 24 hours notice or if you are more than 15 mins late.
When scheduling for any treatment, you will have a choice to pay partial or in full payment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show."
They will be charged for their "missed" appointment.
