Our bodywork is individualized toward helping clients release these stresses so that they live more fully in all areas of their lives. We also offer quiet days, retreats, workshops, and mentoring at other locations.

Tapestry Life Resources gets its name from ancient art weavings of the world's many cultures.
A tapestry is made of many threads of different textures and colors that are woven together to create a beautiful whole.
Our lives are also woven of many threads- some are rough and knotty; others are fine and delicate.
Some are sturdy and difficult to break while others fragile and easily stressed beyond their limits.
Together, however, the strands of our lives also form a pattern, a design based on a Divine plan; woven together, they form a thing of infinite beauty - our Essential selves.
