I find the best sessions happen when the Therapist is fully present. The client is then encouraged to descend their thinking mind and rest into their body and open heart. My training started at St. Mary's Jr. College in Minneapolis Mn. in 1988-89. The course was Health and Wellness Counseling. That study led to Massage in 1989-90 at Touch of Life School of Massage in Minneapolis Mn.

I began my training at the Minnesota Center for Shitsu Study in Minneapolis Mn in 1992 to 1994. I studied Feng Shui at Wind and Water School of Feng Shui in 2006 to 2008. I have a personal practice in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reductuion). I have experienced many different forms of healing work.

Massage therapy, shiatsu, yoga, chiropractics, chakra balancing, healing touch, Thai massage, lomi lomi, cranial sacral work, myofascial release, psychology, EMDR, reiki, Native American sweats, creative visualization, the Enneagram, Feng Shui, and Qi Gong.
Services
Ann's breadth of experience and depth of skills as a massage therapist allow her to very successfully adapt her work to each of her client's individual, changing needs.
Since 2005, I have gone to her and she has been consistently outstanding in her services.
As an added plus, Ann provides a beautiful, relaxing studio space in which she meets her clients.
I highly recommend her.
I have been seeing Ann for awhile for massage and her massages are really incredible.
She has helped a lot with old injuries and new injuries alike.
