I'm Shevonda Nicole Evans, owner/operator of A-peel Salon and Spa, I love hair care! I believe in healthy hair! I believe in educating clients on hair health. I also believe in treating the whole person, making people look good through cosmetology and feel better through esthetics and massage therapy. A-peel Salon and Spa is my labor of love and my pride and joy.

I am a licensed cosmetologist (2003), esthetician, massage therapist, cosmetology instructor (2015), as well as a US Air Force veteran. As a child raised in NC, I watched my aunts doing hair.
Watching their labor of love is when I developed a passion for hair care and began braiding my sister's, cousins', and friends' hair. This passion is what inspired me to gain licensure for hair care, skincare and massage therapy and to eventually open my own salon and spa.
