Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it (pampering, rejuvenation, therapeutic) or the reasons we seek it out (a luxurious treat, stress relief, pain management), massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress.

While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help manage stress. Furthermore, clients often report a sense of perspective and clarity after receiving a massage. The emotional balance bodywork provides can often be just as vital and valuable as the more tangible physical benefits.

With a "Come as you are" philosophy - you will never be judged and will receive the support you need to be nurtured. Remember, I have also walked in those shoes.

This is a great one to start out with.
Together we will use our intuitions to find the best modality that you enjoy most.
The most commonly offered and best-known type of massage, this therapy uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.
Raindrop Technique, created by Gary Young, the founder of Young Living Essential Oils, combines the art of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex and massage.
Raindrop Therapy uses a layering process of 9 different Young Living's therapeutic/medicinal grade essential oils applied to the feet and spine.
The combination of these oils, and the application of moist warm heat to the spine and back, allows the oils to penetrate your body rapidly and begin their therapeutic process on a cellular level.

Bodywork/massage work on many deeper layers than just the physical to encourage the body's innate self healing mechanism.
In a bodywork session there are different energy levels that can be affected.
The physical body feels, and is positively affected by the touch it receives.
The body is always searching for a state of balance or homeostasis.
The physical body holds within its tissues a cellular memory of old patterns and emotional traumas.
During a bodywork session, the emotional / spiritual bodies breathe, allowing more space for new energy levels to be reached, as a result trauma and old patterns can be released.
