White Leaf Massage & Bodywork

My name is Cody Turman, I founded White Leaf in 2015 and currently serve in the Homewood area. I previously studied Psychology and Neuroanatomy at UAB before deciding to take time off to teach English in South Korea. While there, I endured a severe back injury that left me entirely incapacitated and ultimately put me in the hospital. During my visit, I was surprised when the doctor recommended I get a massage.

Following the procedure, I was blown away by the immediate relief and restoration I felt! The experience opened my eyes to the medically therapeutic benefits to massage and bodywork, and motivated my decision to become a massage therapist.
